Takagi Tankless W/H error code 1911?

I've got a Takagi tankless w/h T-M1 with an error code 1911. I can't find any info on this error in the manual or online. Any ideas to what it means? Thanks

All the error codes on pg 17 of the manual are 3 digit codes are you sure you have a 4 digit code?

I talked with Takagi tech support today and they said that the 1911 code is because the position of the w/h is located in unit #19 of the control panel and the 11 is in reference to a 111 error code. it is a 3 unit w/h system. at work we've got 4 buildings using a 3 unit w/h system and the 3 others buildings when they have an error they state the 3 digit code. for some reason this one uses the location of the unit and a code. Thanks for the help.
