Swiss Madison wall mounted toilet - drain question

Hi all - currently installing a Swiss Madison wall mounted toilet. The floor is a concrete slab, and the drain is about 4ft away from the toilet location. Is running the drain horizontally for 4 feet an issue? Instructions only show a vertical discharge. A 1/4" slope (or a touch more) is feasible with the 19" mounting height I am using.

Four feet as long as you have grade is not a problem. Everything goes horizontal at some point.
