Support studs in bathroom need new how do I thread 2 inch PVC pipes thru them?

That's weird, no jack or king studs around that window. Even a non-support wall should have them. Does that window even have a header?

I would pull the plumbing, frame the wall, and then redrill those studs and fit new piping through.
The picture you have will help you to reinstall it.

Sometimes we take out one stud and flex a 1-1/2" pipe enough to slip it through. The 2" pipe does not flex enough to get away with that.
