Thanks in advance to any thoughtful ideas.
I am upgrading/repairing some leaky waste components and am looking for a good way to secure the copper vents that lead vertically... They vary, some are 1.5 some are 1.25..
My thoughts are to wrap the copper to protect it from the clamp as well as insulate/isolate it from the clamp.. (perhaps an old fernco) and then find a suitable clamp to fit the combined od and secure it.. I want to keep the vertical pipes secure without damaging them or causing electrolysis.. when done the wall and clamp will be covered..
Anyone have a creative solution to share....
