Superhot sg180n boiler. main flame issue

Damper opens. Sparks, pilot lights. Main burner won't come on. Boiler is only 2 months old. I checked gas valve screen and pilot assembly... looks good. It's like it's not sensing the pilot flame. There was a power outage a day or two before she noticed it wasn't working.

I did. He sent new board. I figured out my self after it was a loose flame sensor/ignitor
