drbax - I found the weatherstrip

Steel Orange:

That doesn't apply here because I have purchased all possibilities at HD and Lowes to try them. The closest that I found has two strips sticking up and they are about 1/2 inch or maybe 3/8 inch. Mine can not be longer than 1/8 inch. When I use the others it doesn't squish...the door just doesn't shut.

I added pictures...showing how it slides out (http://www.afsportsbets.com/pictures/DSCF1325.jpg) and the straight on view showing the limited opening that i have (http://www.afsportsbets.com/pictures/DSCF1331.jpg)

Hey drbax,
I have the exact same door. Mine still has info on door jamb. It is Pease. I contacted Pella, they referred me to Hass in So. Bend, IN (574-287-1501), hasswholesale.com. They have the slide-in bottom weather strip (brown only) for 32" and 36" doors AND the side/top weather strip kits (beige). The guy I spoke with was really helpful!
Cheers,
J-La

Still looking after 9 years. Therma-Tru has improved their website but the weatherstrip I am looking for isn't on their site. I sent an email, hope to hear back from them. My door is not a Pease and the Hass Wholesale site doesn't have what I am looking for.

I haven't subscribed to Fine Homebuilding for a long time, but there was always an add in the back from a company that sells that sort of stuff. Quickly browse though one at the store and note the contact info, that may solve your problem.
