I am putting a new DWV system in at a 124 year old structural brick building i own in richmond, virginia. Have read through the IPC and believe the layout in this drawing will pass but want to run this drawing by folks on here to make sure im not missing anything before i glue it. I've drawn a joist so you can see which way they run . The wall behind the toilets is exposed brick and the wall to left of the showers is exposed brick. The distance from the toilet flange to the main stack is about 60 inches.
