Replacing toilets in Master Bath and Main floor guest bath(one used most by visitors). What are the main benefits, deficits between the two? Expect to change out all toilets this year, but thought we'd start with these.

The Ultramax and the Soiree/Guinevere are both good.

The Double Cyclone Soiree and Guinevere add a better rinse, CEFIONTECT, and comfort height.
They also have the easier to clean skirted base.
Because of the skirted base, you can set them as a standard 12" rough, or if needed, use different kits to move them forward or backward 2"

I had one customer with three different rough-ins. When were done installing, you would have never known.

With the Ultramax and it's all porcelain trapway, you hear less of the water as it fills the bowl. Though this tends to be a non-issue after a week of use, you adjust to the difference.
