FIrt I have looked through many pages on this site for plumbing reference for years, thank you to all who contribute to this information. I am currently looking for some recommendations for a softener upgrade. Current Softener is a Marlo brand, 2600sf home, 2 occupants completed water test completed Attached, Softener is approx 20years old however resins and internal cylinder in valve replaced one year ago. In last 6months I am noticing what appears to be a manganese ring in my brine tank. Additional testing indicates my softener is working however this is only part of the puzzle. I would like to connect an RO system to a water cooler and refrigerator as well for ice and cooking purposes. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
