Hi, new here and I have what I feel is a dumb question for you guys. I just built a small addition to my shop and want to tap into one of my heating zones ( boiler and piping is 10' away ). Due to doors and small size 12' x 14' I want to put an 8' section of baseboard on one wall. here is my dumb question- can I put supply and return lines right next to each other in baseboard setup?

Yes, you can run the supply and returns all behind the baseboard housing, if you like. Many baseboard systems are designed to work that way:

Beats- me, I just searched out the image on the web. The popular SlantFin FineLine 30 can be set up this way.

Note the picture labeled "Vented return bend".
