That last drawing looks good. You just have to flip the top santee so that it drains down the vent. Think of air going up only on the dry part of the vents.

As soon as you said there would be a sink on the upper level connected to the "wet vent", you could NOT use that pipe as a "wet vent" because the sink was NOT on the same floor as the "wet vented" one. AS a sidebar, is "Obama the plumber" the same person as "Trump the plumber"? Next thing you know we will have a "Hillary wanted to be a plumber" poster.
