Hi, I am DIY in the middle of a Kitchen Remodel. I am adding the ABS drains under my sink....I have a triple sinks with one sink sitting on a Disposal. I would like to have the drain from the Disposal point horizontally(on a down slope) to the drain line instead of straight down. Is there are reason I cant design the drain like that?

No, not for disposal. It is common. I am not commenting on whether a 3-bowl sink is permitted to share a single trap. I am not a plumber.

Try searching for disposal installation kit in a search engine.

Some disposals may ship with both a curved discharge tube and a straight discharge tube.
