Sink sprayer leaking

I have a screw on sink sprayer on my kitchen sink that is leaking behind the spray nozzle. I was thinking I could replace it but all the sink sprayers I am finding seem to be quick connect and/or sold in sets with the faucet. Do you know where I can find a screw on sink sprayer nozzle? The one I am trying to replace is nickel and was installed with a new faucet about 2 years ago.

A hardware store should sell them. They may be becoming less common now.
If it's just the head that's leaking you can get online for 10 bucks
