Sigma Shower Valve Identification

    Looking for help identifying this thermostatic shower valve. Removed the handle, the allen key holding the handle adapter is stripped, which is holding the plate on. Would love to have repair parts in hand before drilling the screw out. The second picture attached is a volume control, handle is exactly the same. Thank you very much!
