Shower Valve identification

Need help identifying this shower valve (see pic). Looking to replace trim as part of bathroom renovation, but want to avoid replacing the rough in if it can be avoided.

No markings on existing from or roughin.

SOmeone may recognize it. One way you might help yourself identify it is to first use those integral shutoffs to shut off the water to it, then unscrew the chromed ring, then pull out the cartridge to see if it has any markings on it. Note, while they usually work, those integral shutoffs may not work reliably when they get old. Some are multi-turn, some are quarter turn (and may not have a stop).
