Shower Tile on Metal Studs

I want to see if I should give these metal walls better support to hold backer board and tile for the shower remodel? I assume they are 25g studs. Since the outside room's drywall is attached to them it isn't an option to replace with wood. But should I put blocks in there? I obviously will do that where hardware will be attached in the shower.

Just block at the pan fully horizontally all around, and on the backer seams.

Make sure you replace the old outdated shower valve while everything is open.
