Shower Stem Identification

I have been searching for two replacement stems for a shower fixture that someone cut off when they turned a walk in shower into a vanity. Now I would like to convert it back to a walk in shower but need to find replacement stems. I don't know the make of the fixture but am attaching a picture of the stem along with some critical measurements. I emailed Danco and they can't find a replacement in their inventory. The fixture is behind tile with no way to get to it so I can't even look for a manufacturer that way. Any help would be appreciated.
