Currently laying out the plumbing for a shower remodel. Plan is to have two shower heads each controlled by their own valve. 3/4 hot and cold supply available at shower wall. These 3/4 supplies also feed vanity lavatory on opposite side of the wall. Thought is to install a hot and cold PEX manifold from the 3/4 supply to three 1/2 inch feeds to the three devices. Plenty adequate water pressure and GPM. Comments or better ideas?

Thanks so much. Planning to use this part. No need for pressure loop or such?

If your valve cannot supply the needed volume, a pressure loop won't make it any better! Think of the typical home tree and branch water supply piping...if sized properly, it works to deliver proper volume and pressure everywhere.

Operating pressure drops when the piping is not sized large enough to supply what is being demanded.
