Started a few weeks ago, figured it was the cartridge/valve (Hansgroughe TB2). Takes about 10-15 minutes to start to run out of the hole I cut in the ceiling on first floor which in fact is coming from where the pipes go up. . Replaced it no luck. Did not expect it to be pipe cause under constant pressure I would assume a leak all the time, it only leaks when showering. opened the wall behind the plumbing anyway, ran the shower for 20 minutes feeling for leaks, no luck. I am now at either the floor grate or (god forbid) the pan. Was able to remove the grate cover (Schluter I think), but the base appears to be grouted in place. Should I work to remove this or cut another hole in the ceiling below to have a look. I am at these 2 ideas because, I have run out of other ideas and it only leaks when a person is in showering. There is no detectable flex in the floor (2X2 tile), no missing grout. This is baffling me. I hope it is drain as ripping up tile to check the pan will be expensive. Shower was built 10-15 years ago and used Shluter felt. Cant remember if I did a concrete bed or not. I would appreciate any useful feedback. Thanks
