wot a great idee HJ, I wooda never thoughta that. Im gonna suggest that to my wife; she's looking for one of those now. and they come in all colors too.

Hello I have a similar problem. No screw no brand name.

Andy- I have the exact same handle/problem.. However, after looking REALLY closely, with headlight, I could see the manufacturer..it was almost completely faded out, but says "Aqua Source" .. A pleasant discovery indeed :) .. However, I haven't googled the dismantle yet. Just thought I'd update you if you had not found out yet.. Good luck!

Normally the cone behind the lever would unthread.
Kohler has some that install like that.

PS- I have nearly the IDENTICAL tile work, except mine surrounds my jacuzzi tub.. Odd we have the same shower handle(issue) and same tiling

Hello,
I am trying to see how to remove these handles (pics attached) probably original (1950) artistic brass shower faucet. Do not see any screws or screw set. Hardware store said they just pull straight off & then I can access the cartridge. Any ideas?
