Shower Drain Troubles with kerdi drain

Hey Everyone,

As you can see this is my first post, I was recommended this forum from a well known tile forum. Because its specific to the plumbing and I could use some additional opinions:

I am replacing my shower/tub with tiled shower and need to move plumbing. I will be using a Kerdi shower pan and drain.... I have a video that explains what I'm trying to do better than me trying to type it all out: Clicky Clicky

This is awkward, but...
