Shallow well on barrier island southeast fl

I would like to drive a shallow well . I live about 100 - 150 yards from the ocean and 200 -250 yards from the intracoastal on a barrier island just across the lake worth inlet from palm beach. The island is all sand. What are my odds of getting water from a 25' shallow well? Just want enough flow and pressure to run a garden hose connected to 3 low volume, low pressure sprinkler heads? Thank you.

Maybe the better question might be about how brackish the water might be and if it is suitable for irrigation.
