Shallow sewer line

I have a cabin that is built on a slab, in Northern Wisconsin. Coming out from the cabin the sewer line is only 6" beneath the ground. It runs to a holding tank about 40 ' away. The depth of the line at the tank is somewhere around 24" to 36" underneath the ground. This is a holding tank not a septic tank. What are my options so my sewer line doesn't freeze? This cabin hasn't been used during the winter before but I would like to start using it.
Is there something like a lift pump if I dig the sewer line deeper and put some sort of pump on the end to lift the sewage into the tank?
Or could I wrap the shallow end in heat tape and insulate the entire run?
I am open to any options and before calling a professional I am seeking advice to see if it is something I can do myself.
Thank You for an info you can provide!

Place a barrier over the line to keep foot/paw/hoof/tire/track traffic off. Place straw over the line to afford a little protection until there is adequate snow cover. Don't pump out the holding tank in the Fall so there is a source of bio-heat.

Every sewage pumping company in that county has equipment that they use to steam the lines when they freeze, so it does happen. In that part of Wisconsin you can have below zero weather for a week at a time. I have thought of insulating above ground with 3" of rigid insulation followed by leaves from the trees when I rake in the fall, covered with a tarp. The big concern for me is the start of the run only being 6" below ground, I just don't know if you can insulate for that. I think there is plenty of pitch in the run to keep things moving right along. If I do get the shallow end deeper then I reduce the pitch and may create more of a problem if the sewage doesn't reach the holding tank and gets hung up somewhere in the run.
