Merry Christmas Everybody,
Regarding Sewer Vents:
1. We would like to avoid installing one through the roof, and are considering bringing the vent out the side of the house.
2. What are the required clearances to the soffit above, and windows?
3. Can it be terminated horizontally, without turning vertical? Depending on the required clearances this could allow us to get the pipe a distance away from the house and out beyond the soffit.
4. If we have to be above the soffit, we may come out the siding and elbow up and out to get above the soffit. As long as slope is maintained to the drain on all horizontal runs of venting, is there a maximum number of bends in the vent pipe (this design would require 4, 90 degree turns)
Thanks in Advance
