I have a whole house sewer evacuator in my basement. I need a better rubber grommet for holding the electrical cables in place as they pass through the fiberglass lid. Proper maintenance for this system means that I must periodically remove the lid and hose off any crud, usually white soap, that has accumulated on the two floats . The downside is removing the lid messes up the flimsy rubber grommet so that it no longer seals, causing odors (sometimes). I need a much sturdier way to hold the 3 electrical cables while still allowing them to slip back and forth a bit so that I can remove the lid for periodic maintenance.

I was going to recommend cord grips. I looked at the platt link smookey listed. That is exactly what I use and who I buy them from. Of course I do pay less than that though.
