Moved into a new house in June. I have 2 water heaters. One for domestic water and another, closed system that runs the radiant floor heating in my garage. I serviced the domestic water heater (anode, t&p valve, flushed) without issue. Based on the state of the domestic water heater and the leaking t&p on the hydronic system I would like to service it as well. Draining it should be simple enough, so I can change the anode and t&p valve. How do I refill it, bleed off the air and get the pressure back up?

It has a faucet between the Watts et-30 pressure tank and the pump. There also appears to be some sort of relief valve or vent at the top of a riser on the hot water side. When it’s running it’s at about 28 psi and when the pump isn’t running it’s at about 22 psi.
