Need some help, just built a new home. Because of elevation and where we had to put septic system we ended up needing an ejector pump to get up about a foot to septic tank.

So contractor left the discharge line and Liberty is Pump and septic exposed in yard. We are in Boise, ID and I beleive frost level is 24". In that discharge line is a ball valve and check valve....

So now what do I do? I am thinking I need to put some kind of access box over valves and over liberty 370 and maybe over septic tank access then a need to have a bunch of dirt, ie 24" on top of them so they dont freeze?

This would end up a raised area in yard and above grade around it......

Thoughts?
