I am remodeling a very small bathroom and need recommendations for a fan. I would prefer one, if possible, that is modern and sleek looking. Is there such an item?

Check the Broan website. They are now making some stylish models.

No matter how small the room, if it is just a toilet, 70 CFM would be OK. If there is a tub or shower, I would go for about 100 CFM. Less expensive models will be louder. If you put high value on quiet, I would just decide to spring in the $175 to $250 range for something in the 0.6 or 0.8 sones MAX>

It was an "itsy bitsy, teeny weeney, yellow polka dot" bathroom? Almost any fan will work, so you just have to see which one is sleek enough for your decor.
