Second kitchen island removal - capping water/sewer in slab

Looking for some assistance with a kitchen remodel. We are removing a second island in the kitchen. It was plumbed for a second sink. Need to know how to cap the following drain/water lines so it’s even with the floor.

Chip out floor and cap abs with glue on permanant caps . copper I would braze . Im interested to know if propress would be legal underslab but Id prefer braze. that all ! just be sure you dont have post tension slab. easy job
