Searching for pitless adapter

I pulled a pump to replace it and as we were putting the pitless adapter back on the threads cracked. Just looking for information I believe model # is 174JB

I'm sorry that's the question Out of My League I'm starting to believe everything to do with the well is out of my league current good luck sir

It looks like an old whitewater wedge style pitless...... Good luck finding parts..... I would go talk to the old drillers in your area and see if someone has an old one laying on the shelf. We are hoarders of the obsolete!!!
