Can I use a santee on its back for a bathroom sink drain? It would be hooking into the toilet drain. If not, what would I use? Thanks

A san tee on its back isn't going to be right, but we would need more info &/or a picture to say any more.

I don't have a pic, I am just trying to get it figured out. Basically the toilet and the sink are inline with each other. I need to figure how to hook the sink into the toilet drain.
