Tried searching didn’t come up with a similar situation with an answer.
Have 2in sand point 33ft deep 18ft of water 15ft down the pipe. Last two years worked perfectly. This year pump won’t suck from well, but I can use pitcher pump.
I have exhausted my resources, people say the screen is bad or clogged.
I plan to pull the pipe if I can and put a new pipe and screen down the same hole at 26ft total, 5ft screen and 21ft pipe.
The only other mapped well is 33ft neighbor 2 doors down but everyone in the neighborhood has sand points for their sprinkler systems.
Thanks in advance.

If the handle on the pitcher pump sucks back, the well is not giving up the water. The screen could be clogged or you may have just driven the screen too deep.

Not really sure what it could be, house was built 86/87. I plan to pull the pipe and drive down the same hole end up at 30ft total if there’s water.
If not I will put one in a foot away from existing sand point.
