Rusting Antique Tub Drain

Hi! I've got an oversized antique tub that has begun to rust around the perimeter of the drain trim. I don't want to replace the tub (love it), but am willing to replace the trim. Are there oversized trims that I could use to seal over the rust before it gets too bad? Thanks for the names of any suppliers or suggestions!
