Most jacketed cables are not rated for use in a small diameter conduit...the heat rating is derated unless there's enough volume. You could use single conductors as long as you don't exceed the fill factor.

We have one 12/2 and two 14/3. There is enough room to do a 2" conduit if needed but that sounds unnecessarily wide, unless that's what code dictates. I just need to know the ID and how deep to lay it :)
