Hi everyone. I'm running 3/4" pex from a shut off in my main house basement, through a 3' crawl space, under the foundation wall and 150' through the yard to an outbuilding.
My two questions/challenges are:
1. What type/spec of pex should I use for buried potable service line (frost line is 42")? I've read that it needs to be buried 12" to 18" below the frost line, which is 36" to 42" in my area.
2. I'm using a mini digger to trench through the yard from our house to the outbuilding, but I have no clue how to make the hole from the crawl space underneath the foundation to the trench which will be at least 42" below ground level.
Thanks
