Hello all,...

I am working on installing a bathroom in my basement, utilizing a Sewer Ejector Pump Kit. I am not 100% certain but feel that my setup may be accurate and also sufficient.

I am using a 3" PVC for main stack, feeding into a 4" stub that goes into the Ejector Tank. The branches are all at 2", with the exception of the p-trap for the the lavatory that will be at 1-1/2" (see sketches).

I will have ALL vents tied in together, including from the ejector tank, shower p-trap, lavatory wet vent stack and then off of the toilet, and then tie it into a pipe in the celling that was pre-plumbed and marked as "FV" (Future Vent). You can see the main stack in one of the attached photos (upper-right portion of picture), where the FV is also located.

Is it ok to lay the 2"x2"x2" WYE, at shower drain/vent, on its side or does the 45° stem need to be upward? At first, I thought that what I have on the sketch would be OK but read somewhere that the vent stem (45°) would have to point upward. If that was/is the care, I can come from the shower p-trap and into a long sweep 2" elbow that would tie into that 45° portion of the WYE, and then sending that vent pipe horizontally back towards the wall. I am planning on position the 45° stem portion of the 3"x3"x2" vent WYE at the toilet upward.

I'm just looking for any advice, suggestions to my current plan/setup.

Thank you in advance.
