Want to replace Roman tub spout and handles. No idea what brand faucet this is. No luck using Google image search. Anyone seen this before? How do I figure out what will be compatible with the valves I have?

Your valves are Altmans using OCD3 and OCD4 cartridges. Altmans has gone out of business but Bob of Auburn international has purchased their entire inventory. He should be able to get you anything you want.

That valve body is a common mid quality mfr. product that I see on California Faucets, Artistic Brass, Phylrich, Kingston...
I have a "guess" that you could potentially find trim by say, California Faucets, that would swap.
