Riser Clamps

I'm installing one of these in the attic as part of the upcoming repair job - how tight do you get the bolts on these? Should I use a torque wrench? Clamp is going on 4" CI.

For 4", I usually pinch the ears together as hard as I can with 10" channel locks and tighten the bolts by hand... I then use a 6" crescent to snug them up...
Can't really overtighten them - just make sure they don't slip when you are done...

Ok - I think I'll probably use a couple of clamps to help get them in place. One will be easy, the other will be a bit of a bugger to get done.
