Installed two water heaters same address different units months apart. Both are going off with codes 6 3 and 7 1, called Rheem tech support they suggested replacing vapor sensor which was done. Water heater worked for a day went off again, had to re set, removed door to see if venting was the issue, after reseting it, it went out again the following day, called tech support, they suggested replacing the gas valve, they sent their technician to do this. WH worked again overnight and went off again. Called tech support again, they sent out their technician again to adjust baffle collar, they said because these units were loaded flat the collars sometimes get loose and that caused them to go off and give those codes, their tech went and supposedly fixed the issue, it worked for 2 nights then went off again. Anyone have any idea as to what can be causing this. There is a furnace in the mechanical roof with a drain next to it, the condensate pump for the A/C is working so the drain is not dry. They are Rheem Power Vent water heaters
