I am remodeling my home and replacing the cast iron drain pipes with PVC.
One of joists was almost cut all the way through to run the cast iron pipe through it.
I have replaced all of the joists and need to reroute the drain pipe cause joists are only 2x8 and hole for 3" pipe would be too big.

I want to use a rear outlet toilet so that all of the 3" pipes can be kept in one joist bay. This is my first plumbing project. Will this work and will it meet the code?
