I originally posted this in the plumbing section. I have a single pipe, 3 zone hot water heating system. The boiler, zone controls, expansion tank etc. are in the basement. I am remodeling our 2nd floor bathroom, which may involve moving and/or replacing the present "L" configuration baseboard radiators consisting of 1- 4' section and one 3' foot section. I believe I am underestimating the difficulty in performing this work. On the surface, it appears to be mainly a matter of valving off the 2nd floor zone, draining it, then cutting out the present strips and replacing them where I need them. Any advice would be most appreciated.
