Replacing backwash valve on acid neutralizer

Have an old Erie acid neutralizer, the timing mechanism to activate the backwash broke a while back. Now looking to replace the head only while keeping the old tank.

Are the threads and diameter to other brands like Fleck digital backwashers able to fit on a Erie tank?

I appreciate any guidance!
