Hello,

I am looking for replacement toilets but I have a significant obstacle with the placement of my supply line. Ideally I would relocate the supply to the wall but I am hoping to avoid that level of a project. I am attaching a photo which should help clarify the situation. I am open to options.
Thank you

Measure to the wall, not the shoe molding. The supply line consideration will impact your choices, but it is probable that some 12 inch rough in toilets will work great. You should not have to go to a 10 inch rough-in toilet.

There are drawings for various toilets that show a footprint like the one at the bottom of this PDF:

I don't think any of the bowls with the long trapway toward the wall will work with that.
It's a standard 12" rough to the wall, not the floor mold, but with the shutoff so close, it does limit options.
You will need a bowl that is very short toward the back.

These have footprint diagrams at the bottom of the sheets. You can try to measure what you need, and find similar diagrams for other toilets.

You can get a bit extra clearance by putting in a new ball stop valve, and making the lever point away from the toilet.
