replaced cartridge, still leaks!

I have just replaced my American Standard Reliant cartridge in my shower. The faucet is still leaking hot water - a drip about once a second!!

I can't see anything else within the housing that looks like it could be replaced to fix a persistant leak.

Any suggestions on what could be causing it to still leak?
