Repair American Standard push/pull lavatory faucet

I am looking for 4 repair kits for an American Standard Push/pull lavatory faucet, circa 1966. The model is N2061-1. I could use any schematic/diagram and source of parts. All I know for certain is that the valve stem is accessed from the back. Do not plan to replace these antiques; they are too rare.
