The first real good night's sleep I had in years was when I sold my last income property.

Only one edited side of a story. Just click bait.
Was it here I learned of evicted low-life scum disconnecting the gas line to the rentahouse water heater and gas was freely flowing into the basement?
Discovered before an explosion occurred.
My fire department protocol is to disconnecthe electical panel (Main circuit breaker) if no gas ismelled there and also unplug the telephone line Standard Network Interface plug - if no gas present.
