Removing this Moen Concentrix shower handle

Does anybody have experience with this particular (or similar) shower handle? I need to replace the cartridge, and I can’t figure out how to get it off.

There is no visible set screw, and I’ve tried running a blade around the solid front cap to see if that pops off...no luck.

Anything else I should try?

Usually, the round cap unscrews, sometimes needing a fair amount of force, then the screw is under it.

by round cap, you mean just the front cap, and not the entire handle that turns, right? So, if I get a couple of channel locks and work the front cap against the rest of the handle it should unscrew (with sufficient force)?
