Our house currently has a neutralizer and water softener in order to remove Iron 7.1 mg/L and Manganese 0.1 mg/L. PH is 7.12 and hardness is 2.57 gpg. We also have a Bubble Up radon filter. I have not maintained the water softener properly (not refilling the brine tank with salt) and I was looking to replace it, as it mostly likely doesn't work anymore. However after reading about Katalox Light I was thinking that would be a much simpler system to use as we don't have hard water, just high iron. Are there any recommended KL systems to buy? I'm in Connecticut, USA. Any recommended installers? Thanks.
