Attempting a budget kitchen remodel and running into some issues with relocating the sink. I am about ~12 feet from the closest drain and working with an exterior wall. My issue is how to connect the drain pipe to the waste line and how to do the vent. I sketched out my potential plans and attached an image to this message. Black lines are walls or floors. Running the vent might be possible, but i would be going through an exterior wall with plaster,so doing an AAV would definitely be easier.

Any thoughts or better solutions?

So it looks like i am going to have to go the AAV route. Should I leave the existing vent attached to the waste line or remove the section above where the sink drain meets up to it? Picture showing the question attached.

TIA

I would leave the existing vent in place. It won't hurt and could possibly help.

I am not a plumber.

Normally a trap arm grades up at 1/4" per foot. A 1-1/2" trap arm can be as long as 42" to the vent. If you can't vent within 42", then an AAV would be needed.
Once you 90 or 45 up, you've lost the 1/4" per foot, and an AAV is needed. Leaving the existing vent there is always okay.
