I plan to buy some hose and a head or 2 just to use around the house and stuff....
Primarily for out outdoor drainage system. We have multiple pipes that all go back into the *house feed* that then goes into the city main pipe.

Dirt, etc tend to build up on these outside drainage pipes...

I have a 5.5GPM 3.5K PSI unit.

Not sure what you pro's would recommend. I came across this site...

Well there are a few variables...
Diameter hose...
How long....
and the head itself...

Its a matched package deal...

I don't worry much about it myself...
18 GPM @ 4,000 psi says I don't have to....

Still looking into it but I'm thinking 3/8 hose with the Warthog 1/4....

I've yet to come across a clog in my *personal use*....
I've been meaning to get one just to keep these outside feeds clean.
They don't get clogged but they all have some sediment buildup on the bottom of the pipe, as it's all just a slight pitch...

The goal was to just use the jetter on these pipes and then run it into the feed that goes back into the house drainige system and then another 60-100 feet just to cycle things do. I was planning to just do this 1X a year just as preventative maintainece.

Did a little Googling and Warthog seems to be the one preferred brands by you Drain Surgeons.

The warthog is a good nozzle but we actually use quite a few different ones...
It just depends on the application and conditions which one is best.
There is not a one nozzle does it all...

Jetter Depot is a good outfit to deal with.
They might be very helpful when you contact them.
I would say figure out how far you want to go and the pipe sizes you will be jetting.
They will probably be able to recommend the optimum for your pump set up...
